About Sonia
Hi, I’m Sonia. I help people feel strong and at home in their bodies, especially during life’s big changes.
I got into fitness in my twenties when my life wasn’t going as planned. I had always dreamed of having a big family, but after years of miscarriages and fertility treatments, that dream didn’t happen for me. Instead, I walked into a women’s gym for the first time and discovered that building strength gave me a sense of control and confidence I didn’t know I had.
With over 26 years of coaching experience, I work with individuals who want to feel capable and proud of themselves without chasing perfection.
I’m a certified Menopause Coach, Master Trainer, and Health and Wellness Coach. But what matters is that I’ve been through the sleepless nights, the hormonal changes, and the self-doubt. And yes, I still sometimes forget which dumbbell I was using when I’m tired.
When I’m not coaching, I’m cooking something Italian, shopping for new workout clothes, or spending time with my family.
